Words Upon Release (Including Additional Update Details)

This book’s journey to publication would not have been possible without the care and support of my former editor, Fierce Hand, and my current editor, Roaming Dragon. They have given me many wonderful recommendations.

Of course, my greatest thanks go to all of you, my dearest readers. Without you, I would never have had the motivation to write this book.

As paid reading will begin shortly, if you have followed the story this far and are reading this publication note, then you must at least like it. In my opinion, spending three to five yuan a month to support a book you enjoy by subscribing to the official edition is hardly too much to ask.

As for the customary display of hardship, I shall skip that and talk instead about the update schedule after publication.

The guaranteed minimum is two chapters. Now, let me explain how additional chapters will be unlocked.

First, monthly-vote bonuses: one extra chapter for every one hundred monthly votes.

Next, subscription bonuses: one extra chapter for every increase of five hundred in average subscriptions. For example, five hundred average subscriptions will earn one extra chapter, and one thousand will earn another, continuing in the same manner. To raise the average subscription count, simply subscribe to all the paid chapters of this book.

Finally, reward bonuses: one extra chapter for a single reward of fifty thousand coins, and three extra chapters for a single red-banner reward of one hundred thousand coins.

——

P.S. Once paid chapters become available after midnight tonight, I will first release one chapter. If you are willing to stay up until twelve, you can read that chapter first and cast some monthly votes for the Dao Lord or whatever. The remaining four chapters will be released after roughly three in the morning, so you can read them when you get up.

Two of those chapters are dedicated to our only current Sect Master, the Grain-Barn Sect, as thanks for its tremendous support before publication. Another chapter is for my first Alliance Leader, Helpless, because I promised it long ago.
